Refund Policy

HEONE want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.heoneusa.com. If you are not satisfied with our high quality of products that you have purchased, please inform us. We will instruct you for refund. You may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges.

The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.

Liquids, Powders, Spas, Furniture, Equipment, Electrics drills, are not returnable due to manufacturer’s policy.

You are required to pay all freight to return goods. We do not credit shipping charges.
Credit will be applied to our account for exchange or furniture purchase.
A restocking fee of 25% will be applied on all returned goods.
