PAYMENTS

All orders must be prepaid. We accept business check, money order, direct deposit, credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover).
All bounced checks will be charged $25 to cover the bank fees.
Orders are usually process, packaged and shipped within 24 hours. If you need to change or add on an existing order please call us as possible to make any changes.

    PRICES

    All our products are offered at an extremely competitive prices. In the rare event of a printing error, HEONE reserves the right to charge the correct price. We also reserve the right to change prices without notice should market commodity conditions unforeseeable change.
    A minimum shipping charge of $10.75 will be applied to all orders under $99 to business address, and extra $5 for residential address applied.
    Free shipping is applied to all orders over $99 within 48 States of USA (excepting Alaska and Hawaii), and extra for residential address applied.
    Free shipping for any Spa Chair with Tub within 48 States of USA (excepting Alaska and Hawaii), not including Lift Gate or Inside Delivery.
    Shipping charges for the actual weight will be applied to Spa Chair, Spa Chair Accessories, Spa Tup accessories, Skincare Equipment, Nail Furniture, and Salon Equipment, not including Lift Gate or Inside Delivery.
    A sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to orders within California State.

      FEE FOR COD WILL BE $10

      Order less than $100 and Spas, Furniture, Equipment and Parts will not ship out as COD.

        SHIPPING

        The shipping transit time is 2-5 business days. For special order or items shipped directly from vendor (Spas and some Equipment) 1 to 2 weeks. For international orders we will inform you on the expected shipping date.

          DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

          Goods damaged during transit is the responsibility of the freight carrier, therefore, all claims must be made per its policy guideline. If visual damage on the package you are advised to refused to receive the package. Failure to do so will result in the transfer of damage responsibility to customer (we will charge all refused shipment and the shipping cost back to us.

          LIMITED WARRANTY

          Most items sold by HEONE are warranted solely by the manufacturer. To obtain a manufacturer’s phone number. Please contact us. HEONE are not responsible if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchase from us.
          HEONE liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
